Gua Sha Stone
This Rose Quartz Gua Sha stone is a tool designed to alleviate inflammation in the face by encouraging lymphatic drainage.
Start by gently ‘scraping’ the stone down the sides of the neck and outwards on the chest towards your armpits to release any existing buildup. Begin your at home treatment with upward strokes along the sides of your face towards your ears, and then towards your scalp.
Start by doing this treatment 2-3 x per week, and then everyday to see the best results. Enjoy!
